Kate is a seasoned litigator with over 25 years’ experience representing clients in matters related to medical malpractice and wrongful death. She has tried many cases to verdict and secured extremely favorable settlements on behalf of her clients. Her deep expertise in healthcare litigation has spanned both sides of the courtroom, first having represented patients, then moving to the healthcare side before joining Cogan & Power.
